1. Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. All inflatables are made in our own factory by experienced technicians. Each inflatable is hand-built and undergoes a 16-hour pressure test to ensure airtight seals and lasting durability.
2. Where is your company?
Inflatable Zone Manufacturing LLC. is a U.S.-registered company located in Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
3. Are your inflatables commercial grade?
Yes. All products are commercial grade, made with PLATO PVC tarpaulin and built to EN-14960 safety standards, meeting professional rental and event requirements.
4. Can I customise the inflatable (colour, size, logo)?
Absolutely. Most models can be customized in color, dimensions, and logo printing. Send us your design or idea, and we’ll create a free mock-up for approval.
5. What’s included? Does it come with a blower / air pump?
Each product includes a storage bag and repair kit. Air blower / air pump is not included by default. You can select “Come with Air Blower / Air Pump” on the product page, or purchase it separately here.
6. What’s the maximum weight capacity?
There is no fixed maximum load for the product itself. As a guideline, each individual user should not exceed 300 lbs (136 kg).
7. Is this product in stock?
Most products are made to order and shipped directly from our factory after purchase. Some items are in stock and ready to ship — please check here.
8. What currency are your prices in?
All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD).
9. Are the products for sale or for rental?
All items listed on our website are for sale only — we do not offer rental services.
10. How much does shipping cost, and how long does delivery take?
Shipping is free worldwide.
Express: around 15 working days (door to door)
By sea: around 45 working days (port or door service depending on destination)
11. Are import duties and taxes included?
United States: All duties and import fees are included for both express and sea shipping. No extra charges for delivery.
Other countries: Sea shipping generally includes duties and taxes. Express shipping may not include VAT — please check with your local customs if unsure.
12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.). Secure online invoices are provided for every order.
13. What warranty do you offer?
Every inflatable comes with a 2-year warranty covering all manufacturer defects, including seams and surface issues. A free repair kit is included with each order.
14. What does the warranty cover and exclude?
Our warranty covers factory defects or seam leaks caused by non-human factors. Damage from misuse, improper storage, or severe weather is not covered but can usually be repaired easily with the provided patch kit and video guide.
15. What if my inflatable gets a tear or puncture?
Small tears can be fixed in minutes using the included patch kit. For larger repairs, contact us for step-by-step guidance or spare parts support.
