Shipment

Free Shipping Worldwide.

All inflatables are made to order and fully inspected before leaving our factory — ensuring each product meets our quality standards before shipment.

1. By sea: Delivery Time (45 business days) = Handling Time (6 business days) + Shipping Time (39 business days)

2. By Express: Delivery Time (15 business days) = Handling Time (6 business days) + Shipping Time (9 business days)

Tax

1. United States:
Duties included (both sea and express). No extra charges.

2. Other Countries:
1) Sea Shipping: Duties included. No extra charges.
2) Express Shipping: Most countries have no import taxes, duties, or VAT. Please check with local customs for exceptions.

Note: Sea shipping typically takes 39 business days, while shipments to Europe typically take approximately 50 business days. Tracking will not update while your shipment is in transit across the ocean. Once it clears customs and is scanned by the local carrier, the status will refresh, and we will contact you to coordinate the final delivery to your address.
