Pre-Shipment Confirmation
Before shipment, we provide clear photos and videos of the actual finished product for your confirmation. The item is shipped only after you approve that it matches your order and specifications.
Return Conditions
To ensure a fair and efficient process, please note the following requirements:
1. The return request must be made within 10 days after the product is delivered.
2. The product must be unused, kept in its original carry bag, and well-packed in the box.
3. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage, or our error.
4. Customized products, including those with special sizes, logos, or colors, cannot be returned.
Refund Process
1. Once the returned product is received and verified to be in good, reusable condition, A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days.
