Payment

To protect your privacy and secure the transaction, Inflatable-Zone uses two payment methods including Paypal and credit card.

For Paypal, we use it as our host to process all transactions.But this does not mean you need to have a PayPal account. Paypal simply works as the payment gateway to process the transaction. We kindly accept all major credit card and debit card.

Shipment

In order to offer premium quality items, all the products will be shipped directly from our factories to inflatable-zone and then after careful checking, We will ship the item out.

• Handling Time

  Usually handling time may take about 7 working days. Once the item is shipped out, we send you an email. For the custom make an order, the item needs to be produced first and then we will ship it out.

  Handling time is excluded in the shipping time

  Total Delivery Time = Handling Time/Production Time + Shipping Time

• We encourage all deliveries to be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked. 
• For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.
• We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries.
