Return Conditions

1. The return request must be made within 7 days after the product is delivered.
2. The product must be unused, kept in its original carry bag, and well-packed in the box.
3. The buyer covers return shipping costs.
4. Customized products, including those with special sizes, logos, or colors, cannot be returned.

Refund Process

1. Once the returned product is received and verified to be in good, reusable condition, A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days.
2. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Return Procedure

2. After our confirmation, repack the product securely in its original packaging.

3. Send the parcel through your local post office or courier and keep the tracking number.

4. Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund will be processed within 14 working days.
