Time will tell, but it seems very durable. It is a thick vinyl and you can literally feel the quality in the overall weight of the enclosure. I was shocked that it fully inflates in about 6-7 minutes. Takes a bit longer than that to deflate and get all the air out of it in order to fold. Customer service through the whole transaction was amazing. Ella is awesome!
Brilliant customer service and speedy delivery too

Although shipping took a little longer than expected, my castle arrived as I wanted it to. I am not a fan of ball pits so the team was able to customize it to my liking and did a slight color adjustment, without any hesitation. I was updated during the manufacturing phase and even received a final picture for my approval before shipping.

I cannot tell you how much fun we had with the tube this past weekend!! It was a bit tricky to figure out as it’s SO big and a bit tippy but once we got the hang of how to pull it, we were set. It is amazing! And no issues so far.
We used it so many times and it is just me and my husband. And we set it up for the kids in the neighborhood on the 4th of July.

Great product and great experience
It was exactly as described. Exceeded expectations. Excellent quality. Just want to know how they ship it so small and tightly, I cannot roll the unit back up close to how it came, so storing it takes up about 5x the room. Would and will most likely purchase another in the future
