Sea Shipping Delay Compensation Plan

We deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause and have devised a comprehensive compensation plan to address such instances of sea shipping delays.

The typical delivery times by sea are as follows:
(Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time)
Production Time:Β 10 workdays
Shipping Time: 50Β workdays

Compensation Plan:

Should your order not be received within 60Β working days, compensation will be initiated starting from the 60th working day. The compensation rates remain consistent with those of express delivery:

Order amount $0-$2000: $5 per day
Order amount $2000-$4000: $6 per day
Order amount $4000-$6000: $7 per day
Order amount $6000-$8000: $8 per day
Order amount $8000+: $10 per day

Please note:
During the customs clearance process, it is imperative to fully cooperate to avoid any unnecessary delays. Failure to comply with customs clearance procedures due to personal reasons will preclude the company from providing compensation.

The compensation amount will be promptly refunded directly into the original order amount following the successful receipt of the goods.
